The Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino will distribute surplus food to low-income residents of the Morongo Basin tomorrow (March 15). Surplus food will be distributed from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Community Learning and Equipping Project Inc., located at 4751 Adobe Road in Twentynine Palms.
