The Mojave Water Agency is sponsoring a high-desert water summit that will feature experts on public policy, economics, water management, and an essay winner. The “Predicting our Future by Our Own Design” water summit is set for Wednesday, April 13, at the Barstow Community College Performing Arts Center, from 7:15 to 11:30 a.m. The cost is $11.
