UNIQUE CHILDREN’S PROGRAM FEATURED ON THE Z107-7 “UP CLOSE” SHOW TOMORROW

A unique local children’s program will be featured on the Z107.7 “Up Close” show tomorrow morning. The Institute of Inquiry offers STEM programs and arts education for the youth of the Morongo Basin. Its project-based classes integrate visual and performing arts with core subject content. In August, the Institute will offer free online classes in computer coding and video game design. On Friday’s Z107.7 Up Close Show, founder Kimberly Sikora and students from the Institute will be the featured guests. They will discuss the Institute’s programs as well air a 10-minute radio play, “Ants,” that was written and produced by the students. Tune in to Z107.7-FM at 10 a.m. Friday to hear about the institute, its classes, and programs, and more.
