UNEXPECTED CHANGES TO THE BIGHORN WATER BOARD LAST NIGHT

Moments before the last night’s meeting of the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency Board of Directors was called to order, Vice President Mike McBride announced that President Larry Coulombe had tendered his resignation as president for personal reasons.
