TWO YUCCA VALLEY RESIDENTS ACCUSED OF BURGLARY, CONSPIRACY

Two Yucca Valley residents were arrested Thursday, accused of stealing a credit card and using it to make purchases. According to a Sheriff’s report, Christian Albarran, 25, and Michelle Nagle, 38, went to several stores in Yucca Valley on Sunday, December 10, and Monday, December 11, and used the victim’s stolen credit card to make multiple purchases. While investigating the fraudulent purchases, Deputies William Ziemer and Ryan Arthurton went to the home of Albarran and Nagle in the 58200 block of Desert Gold Drive in Yucca Valley. Nagle identified items in the home that they had allegedly purchased with the victim’s stolen credit card, and deputies confiscated those items. Additional evidence was also located. Christian Albarran and Michelle Nagle were arrested on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy, with Nagle charged additionally with receiving stolen property. Both were booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with bail set at $25,000 each.
