TWO WOMEN BEGGING FOR BABY’S BURIAL FUNDS ARRESTED FOR CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FRAUD

Two women, including a Yucca Valley woman, were arrested in San Bernardino for conspiracy to commit fraud. According to a Sheriff’s report, Chasity Doll, 26, of Loma Linda, was arrested for panhandling at the corner of Tippecanoe Avenue and Coulston Street in San Bernardino. An hour later, Michele Love, 41, of Yucca Valley, was arrested at the same corner for panhandling. Deputies determined that the two women were working together to make signs asking for donations for their baby’s burial. The baby shown on their signs does not belong to either woman, nor are burial funds needed. Chasity Doll and Michele Love were arrested for panhandling and conspiracy, booked into the Central Detention Center, with their bail set at $25,000.
