Two Twentynine Palms area boys, Andrew Kennedy and Victor Isarraraz, will be receiving their Eagle Scout badge tonight. The event will be at Blessed Sacrament Church at 6:00. Both boys have grown up together and are the first out of this Twentynine Palms troop to receive the title of Eagle Scout.
