Two Twentynine Palms teenagers were arrested early Friday morning, accused of stealing two motorcycles. According to the Sheriff’s Department, deputies were called to the 5900 block of Aztec Avenue in Twentynine Palms about 1 a.m. Friday for a report of two stolen motorcycles. Evidence at the scene led deputies to an area in the desert near Halsey Avenue and Two Mile Road where they found the stolen bikes. Deputies arrested a 14-year-old and 15-year-old boy for the thefts. The 15-year-old was cite released to his parents, while the 14-year-old boy was booked at San Bernardino Juvenile Hall for investigation of vehicle theft and possession of stolen property.
