TWO PEOPLE SLIGHTLY INJURED IN TWENTYNINE PALMS CRASH

Two people were injured in a crash in Twentynine Palms about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Firefighters were called to the intersection of Shoshone Valley and Winters Road where two vehicles were involved in a T-bone crash. The woman’s car had flipped on its side and she had to be extricated using the Jaws of Life. She received minor injuries. The male driver in the other sedan also received minor injuries. Morongo Basin Ambulance transported both patients to Hi-Desert Medical Center.
