Rangers with Joshua Tree National Park are asking for the public’s assistance with their investigation of a series of vehicle break-ins. On March 8, several parked vehicles were broken into at the Hemingway Parking Lot inside of the National Park.

Their investigation revealed that credit cards stolen from those cars were used recently at a Walmart in Palm Desert. Two men connected to the stolen credit cards were photographed by the stores surveillance cameras.
