TWO MEN ARRESTED IN TWENTYNINE PALMS FOR WARRANTS

Two Twentynine Palms men were arrested Wednesday following a traffic stop. About 10:30 a.m., a deputy stopped a vehicle near Utah Trail and Sullivan Road in Twentynine Palms for having an expired registration. The driver, later identified as Robert Hall, 37, provided Deputies with multiple false names and social security numbers. Deputies eventually identified him, and learned he had a no-bail, felony arrest warrant for a violation of Post Release Community Supervision. He was also in possession of a controlled substance and was driving with an expired driver’s license. The passenger in the car, Daniel Stewart, 45, had a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest. Both Robert Hall and Daniel Stewart were arrested for their warrants and booked into the Morongo Basin Jail.
