TWO MEN ARRESTED AFTER YUCCA VALLEY PROBATION CHECK

Two Yucca Valley men were arrested Tuesday when deputies went to a home on a probation check. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies went to a home in the 7300 block of Lucerne Vista in Yucca Valley about 5:30 p.m. Living at the home was John Killen, 52, and Robert Williams, 45. During a probation search of the home, deputies found methamphetamine, ammunition, and drug paraphernalia in Killen’s bedroom. John Killen was arrested for violating his probation and for possession of methamphetamine, and on warrants for forgery, grand theft, and identity theft, booked into West Valley Detention Center, and is being held with no bail. Robert Williams was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of ammunition, and for violating the terms of his post-release community supervision, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, and is being held without bail.
