There will be two meetings tomorrow, Wednesday, August 8, concerning the Yucca Valley Airport. The first is another brainstorming session of the Air Show Committee to finalize its plans for an air show at 2 p.m. in the Mesquite Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center. Then at 6:30 p.m., the full Airport District Board will meet at the Mesquite Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center. Among items of interest is information from LAFCO, and the Town of Yucca Valley. They will also talk about an electric entry gate from Warren Vista, new projects and improvements, airport safety, and the November election.
