A Joshua Tree woman was arrested Wednesday morning after a home was burglarized. According to a Sheriff’s report, a neighbor called about 6:30 a.m. to report an unknown woman was leaving the neighbor’s house in the 64800 block of Broadway Avenue in Joshua Tree carrying some items, and then left eastbound in a van. About an hour later, the woman was back, and when she left, a Sheriff’s deputy performed a traffic stop on her vehicle in the 64700 block of Broadway. Inside the van were Kathleen Duran, 46, and Amy Faucett, 33. Kathleen Duran was arrested for investigation of burglary, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, with her bail set at $75,000. Amy Faucett was arrested on her warrants for welfare fraud and possession of drug paraphernalia. Faucett was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with her bail set at $50,000.
