Two men were injured in a head-on crash in Johnson Valley this morning. First responders were called to the crash on Highway 247 at Nehlson Avenue at 6:15 a.m. where they found two men with minor injuries. They were taken to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs by Morongo Basin Ambulance. The California Highway Patrol is investigating.
