TWO HELD AFTER DRUGS AND EXPLOSIVES ARE FOUND IN A TWENTYNINE PALMS HOME

Sheriff’s Deputies and narcotics officers served a search warrant at 73958 Casita Dr. in Twentynine Palms yesterday. The search of the residence revealed a military grade explosive device, methamphetamine, and evidence of sales of methamphetamine. Michael Brown, 32, and Melissa Dollard, 36, were subsequently arrested for investigation of possession of an explosive device, child endangerment, and sales of methamphetamine. The two suspects are being held with a $500,000 bail at the Morongo Basin Jail. Michael Brown and Melissa Dollard are scheduled to appear in court Friday at 1:30 p.m. Three juveniles living at the residence were taken into custody by Child Protective Family Services.
