Two people were found dead in a home in Yucca Valley in what is being investigated as a murder suicide.
On Tuesday (March 4), Sheriff’s deputies from the Morongo Basin Station responded to a call of suspicious circumstances at a home in the 6600 block of La Habra Ave in Yucca Valley. Deputies say that the reporting party described a foul odor coming from the house.
Responding deputies found two people deceased in the home. Homicide detectives assumed the investigation, and they say they believe that one of the deceased killed the other before committing suicide. The names of the deceased are being withheld until next of kin can be notified.
