We have limited information about two men who were arrested over the weekend, after they were found to be in possession of stolen property. About 11:30 p.m. Saturday, deputies stopped Frank Penunuri, 48, of Landers, near 29 Palms Highway and Adobe Road in Twentynine Palms. Frank Penunuri was arrested for investigation of being in possession of stolen property, booked into West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $75,000.
Then just before midnight Saturday, a deputy stopped Vincent Fisher, 43, in the 6200 block of Monticello Road in Yucca Valley. After an investigation, Vincent Fisher was arrested on suspicion of burglary and possession of methamphetamine for sales, and on numerous out-of-county arrest warrants, booked into West Valley Detention Center, with his total bail set at $122,000.
