TWO ARRESTED FOR WARRANTS AT TORTOISE ROCK CASINO

A routine foot patrol through Tortoise Rock Casino Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of two Twentynine Palms felons for violating their probation. According to a Sheriff’s report, a deputy walked through the casino about 6 a.m. Sunday and saw Donald Howard, 39, and Olivia LeClerc, 29, whom the deputy knew to be on probation. After a records check, Olivia LeClerc was arrested for violating the terms of her probation and on an arrest warrant for burglary; Donald Howard was also arrested on an arrest warrant for burglary. They were both booked into the West Valley Detention Center without bail.
