TWO ARRESTED FOR DRUGS ATER BEING FOUND IN A STOLEN CAR

Two people were arrested Friday afternoon after drugs were found in their vehicle. Sheriff’s Sergeant Derek Garvin said deputies attempted to stop a 2003 Honda CR-V for a minor traffic violation at Hanford Avenue and Highway 62 about 2 p.m. A check of the vehicle’s license plate showed that the vehicle had been stolen. A search of the vehicle revealed drugs in the car. Landers residents Crystal Horath, 27, was arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property, and Bradley Mason, 32, for possession of dangerous drugs. Crystal Horath and Bradley Mason were booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with their bail set at $25,000 each.
