Two men were arrested Saturday (March 20) accused of running an illegal gambling establishment. Deputies went to the business in the 6400 block of Hallee Road in Joshua Tree about 7 p.m. armed with a search warrant, looking for an illegal gambling operation that had been running for several months. Deputies found several computers with gambling software, a large commercial gambling machine capable of accommodating several players at one time, a large amount of cash, and illegal drugs. Feras Abdalnou, 42, and Tony Ghanem, 54, both of Joshua Tree, were arrested on suspicion of illegal gambling, cited and released.
