TWO ARRESTED AFTER TWO INCIDENTS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Two Yucca Valley men were arrested in separate spousal abuse incidents over the weekend. On Friday, deputies were called to the 57400 block of Crestview Drive about 6:30 p.m. where a woman said Robert Culbert, 57, had punched her in the face. After an investigation, Robert Culbert was arrested on suspicion of felony spouse abuse, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
On Saturday, deputies were called to the 7400 block of Aster Avenue in Yucca Valley just after 11 p.m. for a report of a woman who had been injured when Richard Fisher, 54, threw a table at her. The table hit her in the head, causing a laceration. Richard Fisher was arrested for investigation of felony spouse abuse, booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $50,000.
