TWO ACCUSED, ARRESTED IN YUCCA VALLEY FOR BURGLARY

Two people were arrested Thursday in Yucca Valley, accused of burglary. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called to the 7800 block of Hopi Trail in Yucca Valley about noon Thursday, for a burglary investigation. Evidence led deputies to the 3000 block of Hilton Avenue, where they found a stolen vehicle parked at the residence. After obtaining a search warrant, deputies discovered items reported stolen from multiple burglaries. Deputies arrested Valerie Morse, 42, for investigation of being in possession of stolen property. Valerie Morse was booked at West valley Detention Center with her bail set at $50,000. Jason Barr, 38, was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of stolen property and for committing a felony while out on bail, booked at West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $100,000.
