Patricia Zuniga and Aiden Sullivan were selected MVP’s of the 2022 DVL Swim Season. The Twentynine Palms High School Swim Team traveled to the Desert Valley League meet at Cathedral City High School. Coaches say the 29 Palms swimmers are phenomenal as the entire swim season they did NOT have a pool to practice in. A pool is critical for swimmers to train so they can compete with other swimmers in the water. The Swim Team did what they do best, they listened to their coaches, Michelle Minatrea-Te’o and Irene Beard, and 10 swimmers worked hard for their coaches and teammates. Coaches wish their Seniors the Best of Luck in their future: Kate Bobadilla, Virginia Johnson, Madi Soster, Patricia Zuniga, George Bourikas, Aiden Sullivan, and Daviahn Thrasher.
