We have limited information about a woman who was arrested Thursday, accused of being a fugitive from justice. At about 3:45 p.m. Thursday, Sheriff’s deputies were called to the main gate of the Combat Center in Twentynine Palms to pick up Sally Frasher, 38, of the 6800 block of Estrella Avenue in Twentynine Palms, who was wanted as a fugitive. Sally Frasher was booked into the West Valley Detention Center and is being held without bail.
