TWENTYNINE PALMS WOMAN ACCUSED OF FORGERY

A Twentynine Palms woman was arrested Friday, accused of forgery. Deputies received a tip about 8:30 p.m. Friday that people were squatting at a home in the 4100 block of Wilson Road in Wonder Valley. When the deputy arrived, he found Sienna Alcazar, 38, at the home and discovered she was on felony probation and she had an active felony warrant for her arrest. During a search of the home, the deputy found several checks that did not belong to Alcazar. Alcazar allegedly admitted that a friend gave her the checks and she intended to cash them, and that she had signed a few checks. Sienna Alcazar was arrested for investigation of forgery and fraud, and on a no-bail warrant for vehicle theft, and booked into the Morongo Basin Jail.
