Items of interest for this week’s meeting of the Twentynine Palms Water District board of directors includes the election of board officers. The board will also discuss the possibility of funding contributions to the Community Water System Alliance, which was created to give voice to water district officials who represent disadvantaged communities. This will be followed by routine items on the consent calendar and management reports. The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. at their district offices, 72401 Hatch Road in Twentynine Palms.
