Items of interest for this month’s meeting of the Twentynine Palms Water District board of directors include a public hearing and discussion on the district’s water availability assessments, approval of the 2019-2020 fiscal year budget, the sale of surplus district equipment, the purchase of new water district vehicles, and the formation of an ad hoc committee to review the district’s general manager position and salary. This will be followed by routine items on the consent calendar and management reports. The meeting will take place at 4 p.m. at their district offices, 72401 Hatch Road in Twentynine Palms.
