The Twentynine Palms Water District board of directors will hold a special meeting tonight to discuss an installment purchase agreement, an escrow agreement, and the acquisition and installation of certain water-improvement features. This will be followed by discussion of future agenda items and director comments and reports. The meeting will be held tonight at 5 p.m. at their district offices, 72401 Hatch Road, in Twentynine Palms.
