The Twentynine Palms Water District Board meets this afternoon at their new time, 4 p.m. After an opportunity for public comment, the board will discuss their reserve policy and hear recommended changes to increase the reserves. After management reports, the board will adjourn to a closed session to evaluate the performance of General Manger Ray Kolisz. The meeting will take place at the Twentynine Palms Water District offices at 72401 Hatch Road.
