Mail ballots and Voter Information Guides for the Twentynine Palms Water District’s 2019 Consolidated Mail Ballot Election will be distributed beginning Monday, July 29, to all registered voters in Twentynine Palms. Three candidates are vying for two seats on the Board of Directors: incumbent Carol Giannini, incumbent Neal Stephenson, and Twentynine Palms resident Michael Arthur. Ballots may be returned by mail or at any mail ballot drop-off location.
