TWENTYNINE PALMS WATER DISTRICT HEARING ON FIRE BUDGET AND STAND-BY FEES TONIGHT

The Fire Department is still trying to figure out what type of budget will work best for them. Come have your voice heard at tonight’s meeting at 6 p.m. at the District office, 72401 Hatch Road, in Twentynine Palms. Tonight, the Board will discuss the limits that they have with the budget and approve the resolution of the proposed budget of the Fire Department. On the Water District side, the Board will consider adopting a proposed budget, consider continuing the current level of water availability assessments, and will have a public hearing on proposed continuation of the water assessments. Come out and make your opinion known.
