TWENTYNINE PALMS WATER DISTRICT BOARD MEETS TONIGHT, BUDGET WORKSHOP, FIRE TAX ON AGENDA

The Twentynine Palms Water District will begin its meeting tonight with the discussion and possible adoption of a groundwater management plan update. Next, the directors will hold a budget workshop. Following staff reports, the Fire Department will discuss and take possible action on fire protection fees and charges. Directors will also discuss the first draft of the fire department’s proposed budget for fiscal year 2014-15. The meeting starts at 6:00 at district offices on Hatch Road in Twentynine Palms.
