The Board of Directors of the Twentynine Palms Water District will gather tonight and topping the agenda is a legal discussion around “anticipated litigation.” The situation involves “significant exposure” but the details of the case are unclear.
The monthly meeting will also include the usual reports from management and updates on maintenance, water quality, and finance.
