On the agenda at tonight’s meeting of the Twentynine Palms Water District, the board will hold a public hearing on the proposed continuation of water availability and assessments. Then the board will discuss options for the fire department. Also on the agenda is a review of bids for the replacing Well 14 pumping equipment, and a request for the directors to attend the annual ACWA conference in December. On the Fire Department’s agenda, the directors will be asked to approve a budget; an appropriations limit for fiscal year 2012-13; the reimbursement schedule for volunteer personnel; and approve a contract with CONFIRE for dispatch services.
