A reception will be held tonight, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. for the autumn Art in Public Places exhibition titled “Recollections: The 20th Century in the Morongo Basin.” The reception will be held in the gallery at the Twentynine Palms Visitor Center and Chamber of Commerce downtown Twentynine Palms. The show will be on display through to December 27. Reception features appetizers, and live music by Bobby Furgo and Randy Godfrey on fiddle and guitar. Admission is free, the gallery is open daily.
