Twentynine Palms to Host Free “Be Red Cross Ready” Community Training

The Twentynine Palms Parks and Recreation Department, in partnership with the American Red Cross, invites residents to attend a free community training session focused on emergency preparedness this weekend.

On Saturday (April 5), the City will host a one-hours session showcasing skills and strategies to prepare for earthquakes, floods, fires, and more. Professionals from the Red Cross will be on hand to provide life-saving tips, and everyone in attendance will be entered into a drawing to win a survival backpack. 

The event is at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the Twentynine Palms Community Center at Freedom Plaza.
