The City of Twentynine Palms has received numerous complaints about people who are parking their vehicles in no parking areas on Utah Trail across from Luckie Park. The east side of Utah Trail, between Two Mile Road and Joe Davis Drive, is a no parking zone. On Saturday, the city’s code enforcement officers started issuing warnings to people who had illegally parked in the no parking zones; effective immediately, parking citations will be issued to vehicles parked in no parking areas. The fine for parking in a no parking zone is $100.
