The Twentynine Palms High School boys’ and girls’ varsity tennis teams hosted the Arabs of Coachella Valley on Wednesday (April 28). The Wildcat boys lost a tough one to the Arabs 5-4; the Ladycats also lost 5-4. The Wildcats boys are now 9-2, and the Ladycats are now 9-2. Both teams are currently second place in league.
In doubles action, the Wildcat boys double teams of Nhan Nguyen/Jonray Mendoza won their doubles match.
Daniel Huynh, Hunter Branch, and Troy Silva each won their singles match.
The Ladycat double teams of Anaid Montero/Makenna Whitfield won their doubles match.
In singles action, Makenna Whitfield, Madi Soster and Danesa Rife each won their singles game.
The Wildcats travel to Banning on Monday, Desert Mirage on Tuesday, and Yucca Valley on Friday.
