TWENTYNINE PALMS TENNIS RESULTS

The Twentynine Palms High School boys’ and girls’ varsity tennis teams traveled to Yucca Valley to face the Trojans Wednesday May 5. The Wildcat Boys and girls both beat the Trojans 6-3 in the last regular season match of the year.

Coach Bill Shay said, “The Wildcats boys finished the season 10-3 and in second place in the Desert Valley League. The Ladycats finished the season at 11-2 and second place in league. Both teams qualify for CIF playoffs.” 
In doubles action, the Wildcat Boys teams of Hunter Branch/Daniel Hunyh and Titus Bosch/Troy Silva won their doubles matches. Daniel Huynh, Hunter Branch, Jonray Mendoza, and Titus Bosch each won their singles matches.
The Ladycat double teams of Isabel Plummer/Emily Stuckey and Anaid Montero/Makenna Whitfield won their doubles matches. 

Anaid Montero, Makenna Whitfield, Natalia Henry, and Carly Bateman each won their singles game.
