Join the Twentynine Palms Soroptimists for a night of great German food and lots of fun at their Octoberfest bunco event, September 30, starting at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door; this includes dinner, bunco play and two beverages. The top prize for the most buncos is a 32-inch Samsung Smart TV; for most wins, a Kindle White. There will also be prizes for the last bunco and least games, plus a 50/50 raffle and prize giving-a-ways. Proceeds from this event will be used to support the Soroptimists’ community projects and scholarships.
