TWENTYNINE PALMS SENIOR CENTER OPEN AS A COOLING CENTER DUE TO POWER OUTAGES

Due to multiple power outages in Twentynine Palms, The Twentynine Palms Senior Center (6539 Adobe Rd) is opening as an emergency cooling center. According to Southern California Edison, over 500 homes are currently affected with a projected repair time of 4:30 p.m. The center will be open until 5 p.m. and all residents are welcome. Please note, masks are required for all attendees. Water will be available, however there is no food service. Pets are not allowed inside the building.
