Twentynine Palms Recreation is offering basic drawing classes. Participants ages 13 and older are invited to learn the basics of drawing, taught by local artist Mark Spangenberg. If you can hold a pencil, you can learn to draw. A total of four classes will be offered from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Twentynine Palms Community Services Building. Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings, January 21, 28, and February 4 and 11. The fee is $65 for all four classes. Pre-registration is required.
