The City of Twentynine Palms Park and Recreation Department is currently accepting registrations for Coach Schneider’s Basketball Camp. The weeklong camp will run from Monday, June 15 through Friday, June 19, from 9:30 am to 2:00 p.m. at the Twentynine Palms High School Gymnasium. Enrollment is open to girls and boys ages 8 to 14. The goal of the camp is to teach the fundamentals of the game and to strengthen each participant’s basketball skills. The camp will be instructed by the Twentynine Palms High School girls and boys basketball coaches as well as previous and former Wildcat basketball players. The camp fee includes a camp t-shirt, camp basketball, and a pizza party. Register online at 29palms.org or at the Twentynine Palms recreation office.
