At tonight’s meeting of the Twentynine Palms Planning Commission, commissioners will hold a public hearing to review the design of Project Phoenix, after which it is expected to approve the design for the project’s public buildings. Tonight’s meeting is set for 5 p.m. in City Hall on Adobe Road.
