TWENTYNINE PALMS PLANNING COMMISSION TO DISCUSS PURCHASE OF DOWNTOWN PROPERTY

The Twentynine Palms Planning Commission will meet tonight (September 21). The commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on approving an alcohol sales permit for the incoming Grocery Outlet and discuss the purchase of seven small land parcels, totaling nearly 1.5 acres, to accommodate public parking and transit center improvements in the City’s downtown. The meeting will be held at 5 p.m. at Twentynine Palms City Hall (6136 Adobe Road) and will be live streamed online at www.29palms.org.
