TWENTYNINE PALMS PLANNING COMMISSION TAKES UP SIDEWALK VENDORS TOMORROW

At tomorrow’s meeting, the Twentynine Palms Planning Commission will consider an appeal to an application for Vacation Home Rentals planned for 6553 and 6565 Via Allegra. Also, the commission will consider revisions to the City’s development code regarding transient selling, peddling and soliciting, sidewalk vending, and mobile food trucks in order to adequately address the uniqueness of each vending activity and to better align with California’s Safe Sidewalk Vending Act effective January 1 of this year. Tomorrow’s meeting will take place at 5 p.m. at Twentynine Palms’ City Hall 6136 Adobe Road.
