Among the items on the Twentynine Palms Planning Commission agenda tonight is a public hearing on the draft high density residential zoning district ordinance. The zoning district would establish zoning density and property development standards. The proposed district will provide for higher density housing such as apartments and senior housing developments. It will also hold a study session on the California Environmental Quality Act. The meeting will be held in City Hall at 6 p.m.
