The Twentynine Palms Planning Commission will start its July 3 meeting with a public hearing on the application for a Dollar General store on the north side of Twentynine Palms Highway, between Datura and 49 Palms. Following that, the Commission will consider whether to send a representative to City Council meetings where appeals or other land use decision final actions are to be taken. Then there will be a discussion of various land uses which may be considered over-concentrated. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers on Adobe Road.
