At the May 5 regular meeting, the Twentynine Palms Planning Commission will consider appeals to deny a vacation home rental application at 6784 Pine Spring Avenue.
Commissioners will also consider removing the requirement that owners must live on the property if they rent out accessory dwelling units to conform with state law.
In addition, the commission will consider eliminating development fees on properties adjoining National Park Drive to Mara Avenue, Inn Avenue, and Cottonwood Drive.
